Is there a shipping cost?
Yes. DEEP Padel offers:
Standard shipping within Sweden: 150 SEK
Shipping within the EU: 300 SEK
Shipping worlwide: 500 SEK
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within five business days (Mon–Fri).
How is shipping affected during peak periods?
During holidays, sales, product launches, and other peak seasons (or when we’re on business trips), order processing may take slightly longer than usual. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.If you have questions, feel free to contact us at info@deep-padel.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards via our secure checkout.
When will I be charged for my order?
The total amount will be reserved on your account when the order is placed.
The payment is charged once your order is registered for dispatch.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt once your order is confirmed.
Do I have to pay international taxes or duties?
If you are ordering from within the European Union (EU), all taxes and duties (including VAT) are already included in the displayed prices.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within five business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any seasonal shipping delays.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
Can I make changes to my order?
We begin processing your order as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.
If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and then return it for a refund.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has already been shipped, please contact the shipping company directly to request a change.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation
Check that you entered the correct email address during checkout.

My tracking link doesn’t work
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
If it’s still not working after that, contact us and we’ll assist you.
Where are your products made?
Equipment: The racquets are made in Almería, Spain.
How do I return an item?
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it is:
Unused and in original condition
Returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact
Please use the return label included in your package. If no label is provided, contact us.
Can I exchange items?
Yes — for a different size, color, or style:
Return the unwanted item
Place a new order for the item you want
We’ll issue your refund once we’ve received the returned product.
When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds within 5 business days after receiving your return.
During sales, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Refunds are issued via your original payment method.
It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If it hasn’t appeared within 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us.
