RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
  • All original packaging must be included — such as plastic bags, hangtags, boxes, and accessories.
  • Clothing may be tried on, but not worn or washed.
  • All labels and tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in a bag or box to prevent damage in transit.

To approve a return, the product must be substantially unused and preferably returned in its original packaging, with any inner packaging and accessories intact.

Please do not place shipping labels directly on the product’s original box — place it inside another protective box or bag.
If a product is damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to charge you for the loss in value.

To help us process your return quickly, please include:

  • A brief reason for the return
  • The original invoice or a copy

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please save your shipping receipt and tracking information — you are responsible for the return until it reaches us.

DEEP Padel is not responsible for any damage caused during return shipping due to poor packaging.

If you’d like to exchange for a different size, color, or product, please:

  • Place a new order for the item you want at www.deeppadel.com
  • Return the original item as outlined above
  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

All returns and exchanges follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s rules for e-commerce.

We aim to process all returns within 5–10 business days after receiving them.
During some periods (sales, holidays, product launches, business trips), processing may take longer.

Once your return is approved:

  • We will issue a refund via the same payment method you used at checkout.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 business days after processing.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of notification, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.

🚫 Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If return shipping is not prepaid, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping fee from your refund.
