How do I book a private lesson?
Go to /book, select your coach, choose an available time slot, enter your details and pay online via Stripe. Your slot is confirmed instantly and you receive a confirmation email.
Can I bring a friend to a private lesson?
Yes — up to 4 players can share a private lesson. The 2nd player is included at no extra charge. Each additional player (3rd and 4th) adds 100 SEK to the total price.
Which clubs can I book at?
We train at Popup Padel Bromma, Rejoice Padel Älta, RQT Väsby, and Ullna Padel. Each coach publishes their own availability per club — you can filter by coach and club on the booking page.
How far in advance can I book?
Availability is published on a rolling 30-day basis. Each coach manages their own calendar and adds new slots regularly.
Can I choose my coach?
Absolutely — that is the whole point. Browse our coaches, read their bios, and book the one that fits your goals best.
How do I book a spot at an event or clinic?
Go to the Events page, find the event, click Book, fill in your details and pay online. Your spot is confirmed immediately.
Academy
What is the difference between the 9-week and 18-week programs?
The 9-week Foundation program (4 500 SEK) is ideal for new and returning players who want a solid structured start. The 18-week Performance program (7 500 SEK) is for players committed to serious improvement — it includes more video analysis sessions, a full evaluation report, and priority booking for the next intake.
How are groups formed?
After registration, our admin team reviews your level and preferences. We use our matchmaking system to place you in a group of 4 players at a similar level, compatible schedule, and preferred club. You receive a placement confirmation and payment link within 24 hours.
When do intakes start?
We run four intakes per year: Spring (January), Early Summer (April), Summer (June), and Fall (August/September). Registration opens a few weeks before each intake.
What level do I need to be?
We have groups for all levels from complete beginners to advanced competitive players. Your registration form asks about your level and we place you appropriately.
How many sessions per week?
One 60-minute coached session per week, at a fixed day and time for the duration of the program.
What happens if I miss a session?
Life happens. Missing one session does not affect your place in the group. We do not offer make-up sessions for individual absences, but attendance is tracked in your portal.
Payments
How do I pay for a private lesson or event?
All bookings are paid online via Stripe at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
How do I pay for the Academy?
Academy payment is handled separately after group placement. You receive a Stripe payment link by email once your group is confirmed. Payment secures your spot for the full semester.
Do you offer payment plans for the Academy?
Contact us at info@deep-padel.com to discuss options. We handle payment plan requests case by case.
Where can I find my receipts?
All payment receipts are available in your player portal at deep-padel.com/my under Payment History.
Do you charge in SEK?
Yes, all prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). International card payments work normally — your bank handles the currency conversion.
Cancellation & right of withdrawal
What is the cancellation policy for private lessons?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. To cancel, email info@deep-padel.com with your booking reference.
Can I cancel an event booking?
Event cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the event. After that, the booking is non-refundable. If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund.
What if my coach cancels?
If a coach cancels a booked private lesson, you receive a full refund and the option to rebook at no extra charge.
Can I withdraw from the Academy mid-program?
Academy withdrawals after the program has started are non-refundable. If you have extenuating circumstances, contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Do I have a 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) on a booking?
For training, academy programs, private lessons, events and clinics with a scheduled date or period — no. Swedish distance-contracts law (2 kap. 11 § p. 12) exempts services for leisure activities tied to a specific date or period, and padel coaching falls in that category. Once you book and pay, the booking is binding and our cancellation policy above applies. See our Terms page for the full statutory text.
Do I have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a shop order?
Yes — physical goods bought in our shop are fully covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish law. You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to notify us, and another 14 days to return it. The item must be in essentially the same condition as received. You pay the return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. To withdraw, email info@deep-padel.com or use the standard Konsumentverket form linked from our Terms page.
Do I have a right of withdrawal on a video review?
Yes by default — but if you give explicit consent at checkout for us to start the review before the 14-day window expires (so you get your review sooner), you waive the right of withdrawal once the review is fully delivered. If you do not give that consent, we wait out the 14 days before starting; if you change your mind before delivery, we refund in full.
Player portal
What is the player portal?
The player portal at deep-padel.com/my is your personal dashboard — session schedule, group info, coach evaluations, progress charts, payment history, and exclusive content. It is free for all active Academy players.
How do I get access to the portal?
Access is created automatically when you are confirmed in an Academy group or when you complete your first private lesson booking. You receive a welcome email with a link to set your password.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to deep-padel.com/login and click "Forgot password". A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Is the portal available on mobile?
Yes — the portal is fully responsive and works on any device.
Equipment
Do I need my own racket?
For private lessons and clinics, most clubs have loaners available. We recommend bringing your own for Academy sessions. Contact us in advance if you need to borrow.
Do you sell rackets?
Yes — we manufacture our own premium padel rackets. Shop them at deep-padel.com/shop. All models are designed in Stockholm and shipped worldwide.
What balls do you use?
We use standard padel balls suitable for indoor courts. Balls are provided for all Academy sessions and private lessons.
