Who we are

This website and the services offered through it are operated by:

DEEP Padel Nordics AB
Organisationsnummer: 559333-2637 · VAT: SE559333263701
Sandviksvägen 1a, 196 36 Kungsängen, Sweden
Phone: +46 73 957 01 73 · Email: info@deep-padel.com

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to DEEP Padel Nordics AB (trading as DEEP Padel). "You" refers to the person making a booking, registering an account, or buying from our shop. By using deep-padel.com or any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What we sell

  • Private lessons — booked individual or small-group coaching sessions, scheduled for a specific date and time at a specific club.
  • Academy programs — multi-week structured training courses with a fixed schedule of weekly sessions.
  • Events & clinics — one-off training sessions, camps, or open days held on a specific date.
  • Video reviews — a digital service where one of our coaches analyses a video you upload and returns a personalised review.
  • Shop — physical goods (rackets, apparel, accessories) shipped to your delivery address.

Prices, VAT and currency

All prices on the website are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and are inclusive of Swedish VAT (moms) at the rate applicable to each product:

  • Sports training services (private lessons, academy, events, clinics, video reviews) — 6% VAT.
  • Physical goods in the shop (rackets, apparel, accessories) — 25% VAT.

Shipping cost (where applicable) is added at checkout and shown separately before payment. The order summary always displays an itemised line breakdown, the total price including VAT, and the payment method before you confirm.

Payment methods

You can pay by:

  • Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) via Stripe. We never store your card details.
  • Swish — in Swedish kronor, from a Swedish phone number, via the Swish app on your phone.
  • Invoice (Fortnox) — payment within 14 days of invoice date, only on selection at checkout and after you accept the invoice payment terms.

Your booking, registration or shop order is confirmed once payment is received (card and Swish: instantly; invoice: on issue, with the goods or service released according to the invoice terms agreed at checkout).

Right of withdrawal (14-day "ångerrätt")

Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) — which implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU — consumers have, as a default rule, the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The clock starts:

  • For physical goods: the day you receive the item.
  • For services and digital services: the day the contract is concluded (i.e. the day of the booking and payment).

Bookings of training, lessons, events and academy programs — no ångerrätt

The law provides an exception for "services relating to leisure activities, where the contract specifies a particular date or particular time period" (2 kap. 11 § p. 12 distansavtalslagen). Padel coaching falls within this category. This means private lessons, academy programs, events and clinics are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal — once you confirm and pay for a session, group placement, or event on a specific date or for a specific scheduled period, the booking is binding.

Our separate cancellation policy (below) governs what happens if you can't attend a session you have already booked.

Video reviews — digital service with consent to immediate performance

Video reviews are a digital service. By default they are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal. However, because most customers want their review delivered as quickly as possible, at checkout you may give explicit consent for us to start the service before the 14-day window expires, and at the same time acknowledge that doing so means you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you give that consent and we deliver the review, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If you do not give that consent, we will only deliver after the 14-day window has expired; if you withdraw before delivery starts, we will refund the full amount.

Shop physical goods — full 14-day right of withdrawal

For items bought in our shop, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear written notice within 14 days (see "How to withdraw" below). You must then return the item to us within 14 days of giving notice. The item must be in essentially the same condition as you received it. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We refund the full purchase price (including the original standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

How to withdraw

Send a clear written notice — by email to info@deep-padel.com — containing your name, the order or booking reference, what you are withdrawing from, and the date. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form, available here: Konsumentverket — Standardformulär för utövande av ångerrätten.

Cancellation of bookings (separate from ångerrätt)

Because scheduled training is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal, we apply our own cancellation policy as a courtesy to give customers some flexibility:

  • Private lessons — cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Events & clinics — cancel up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • Academy programs — once a season has started, cancellations are reviewed case-by-case. Pro-rata refunds may be possible for medical reasons or relocation; please contact us.

If we cancel a session, event, or program ourselves, you receive a full refund and the option to rebook at no extra charge.

Shop delivery

Shop orders are shipped from Stockholm. Standard delivery times for in-stock items:

  • Sweden — typically 2–5 working days.
  • Rest of EU — typically 5–10 working days.

Estimated delivery time and shipping cost are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier hands the item over to you. If your order has not arrived within twice the estimated delivery window, please contact us — we will investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund.

Warranties and complaints (reklamation)

As a consumer in Sweden you have a statutory right of complaint (reklamationsrätt) for three years from receipt of a physical good, where the fault existed at the time of delivery. This applies whether or not the item was sold with an additional voluntary warranty. To make a complaint:

  • Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault — within two months is always considered reasonable.
  • Send a description of the fault, your order reference, and photos if applicable, to info@deep-padel.com.
  • If the fault is confirmed, we will first offer to repair or replace. If neither is possible or proportionate, we will refund.

Some items in the shop are sold with an additional manufacturer warranty (typically for rackets and electronic accessories). Where this applies, the warranty period and conditions are stated on the product page. The manufacturer warranty exists alongside, and does not reduce, your statutory rights.

Showing up

Please arrive 5 minutes early so your session can start on time. No-shows forfeit the session fee — we can't reschedule or refund a missed slot.

Code of conduct

We expect everyone — players, parents, coaches, staff — to behave respectfully toward each other and toward facility rules at the clubs we use. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a session, group, or the academy without refund.

Liability & injury

Padel involves inherent physical risk — including impact, falls, and ball strikes. By participating, you accept this risk. We strongly recommend personal accident or sports insurance. Our liability for injury or damage is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Swedish consumer law; nothing in these terms reduces statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint we have been unable to resolve, you can refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes: Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email to active account holders and posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Stockholms tingsrätt has jurisdiction for non-consumer disputes. If you are a consumer, your rights under EU and Swedish consumer law are preserved and not waived by these terms.
